In Re: CRR 3601 of 2024

1. By the order dated 27.03.2025, this Court called for a report from the Officer-in-Charge of Berhampore, Police Station regarding death of the petitioner/Jugal Kishore Ghosh @ Jugol/convict.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has submitted a report of Berhampore, Police Station who forwarded the same to the Tollygunj Police

Station for obtaining report.

3. In the meantime, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner filed one death certificate of the Jugal Kishore Ghosh, petitioner of this revisional application. The same be kept with the record.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has prayed for dismissal of this revisional application which has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, CRR 3601 of 2024 stands dismissed being infructuous.

In re: CRR 2699 of 2022

6. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as State are present.

7. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has prayed for accommodation on the ground of serious illness of senior counsel.

8. Let the matter appear in the Combined Monthly List of June, 2025 under the same heading.

9. All parties to these revisional applications shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
