We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a five year old child. She has been subjected to penetrative sexual assault.

In view of gravity of offence and incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
