Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that in spite of 28.08.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.21 Rakib informing the police authorities no steps have been taken and have approached this Court.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that English Bazar Police Station case no. 1892/25 dated 26.08.2025 has been registered for investigation. Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps, I am of the view that further interference so far as the other prayers are concerned are uncalled for at this stage.

Accordingly, WPA 19513 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
