The petitioner is aggrieved that the police have not taken steps in respect of a complaint against the private respondent for non-supply of goods against receipt of money after receiving Rs.

35,000/-.

The police have registered FIR being Narayanpur Police Station Case No. 121 of 2022 dated September 2, 2022 under Sections 417/406 of the IPC.

Let the investigation into the subject FIR be completed within a period of one month from date, if not already completed.

4.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5.

There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

The report of the police dated 12.06.2023 is kept with the record.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
