The application for bail being CRM (DB) 2575 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed for non-prosecution. Petitioner is at liberty to take back the certified copy of the impugned order upon furnishing a photocopy of the same in the department.

Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
