Report submitted by Mr. Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The contention advanced in the revisional application was that there has been settlement between the parties in respect of case being Bongaon Police Station Case No.319 dated 16.05.2019 under Sections 468/471/467/472/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code wherein after completion of investigation charge sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional court.

The dispute and difference which arose with regard to the division of a property. The statements which have been enclosed along with the report submitted by Mr. Mitra reflects that the accused and the complainant being relations, they have subsequently arrived at a settlement and has shared the property

amongst each other which has been registered and recorded subsequently.

Having regard to the change of circumstances which have taken place, I am of the opinion that further continuance of the proceedings are unwarranted. Accordingly, all further proceedings arising out of Bongaon Police Station Case No.319 dated 16.05.2019 under Sections 468/471/467/472/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. Case No.1164 of 2019 is hereby quashed.

Consequently, CRR 3006 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is allowed.

Pending other applications, if any, are disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
