1. Affidavit-of-service be kept with the record.

2. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents authorities to appoint the petitioner as the FPS Dealer of the FPS vacancy notified near Rampur Prathamik Vidyalaya in accordance with the Notification dated 14th May, 2024.

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that having met all the requirements as per the vacancy notification, the petitioner was called for personal hearing vide a memo dated 14.05.2025, which he attended. An inquiry was also conducted vide a notice dated 17.09.2024, though the personal hearing

was conducted on the basis of a notice dated 14.05.2025, the petitioner submits that he has not received any intimation regarding the fate of his application.

4. He also preferred a representation dated 05.08.2025 before the District Magistrate, but that the same has not been considered till date.

5. On hearing the Learned Counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.4 that is the District Collector, Food and Supplies (Karnajora), Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, shall consider the said representation dated 08.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner to the District Collector.

The District Collector shall forward the said copy to the respondent no.4 within 7(seven) days from the date of this order.

The petitioner is also at liberty to file a copy of the said representation before the respondent no.4 who shall then consider the representation, on hearing all the parties and informing the petitioner about the fate of his application including the reasons, if application has not been accepted.

7. The representation shall be disposed of within 60 days from the date of this order by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.

8. The Writ application stands disposed of.

10.Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

11.Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

12.Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
