The petitioner nos.1 and 2 shall individually file complaints with the allegation they have against the respondent nos.8 and 9. Respondent No.8 is allegedly a member of the Krishnapur Gram Panchayat and the respondent No.9 is the husband of the member. Mr. Das, learned advocate for the respondent nos.8 and 9 submits that the contentions in the writ petition are vague and unsubstantiated. Further allegation is that neither any date nor any incident has been specifically mentioned in the pleadings which would give rise to a cause of action. It is further submitted by Mr. Das that the respondent nos.8 and 9 have already handed over the documents in respect of the works that had been done, to the Pradhan of the Krishnapur Gram Panchayat and the Pradhan called the parties for hearing. The petitioners were absent. Mr. Das further submits

that the petitioner no.2 contended that he did not have any complain against the respondent nos.8 and 9.

Thus, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file individual representations before the Block Development Officer, Mandir Bazar Development Block. If such representations are filed, the same shall be disposed of by the concerned Block Development Officer upon granting an opportunity of hearing to each of the petitioners, the respondent nos.8 and 9, the Pradhan of Krishnapur Gram Panchayat and any other person who may have knowledge with regard to the allegation made in the writ petition. A reasoned order shall be passed in each of the cases and intimated to the parties. Thereafter, steps shall be taken in accordance with law.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the petitioners' representations.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
