1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary including the purported suicide note.

3. The prosecution case is that the de-facto's husband/victim herein went to the de-facto complainant's relative's house. There, it was alleged, that he raped a girl and was made to write a note that he would pay to Rs. 5 Lakhs. He came back and committed suicide.

4. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the fact that substantially similarly circumstanced coaccused was granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 8.8.2025 in CRM (A) 2740 of 2025, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners.

5. In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses. The petitioners shall meet the Investigating Officer once a fortnight till submission of report in final form.

6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
