From the affidavit of compliance that has been filed by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat, it appears that the proceeding dealing with the unauthorised construction with the observation that the construction in question is an unauthorised one, has been forwarded by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat to the Sub Divisional Officer vide communicating letter dated 25th June, 2024.

It will be open for the petitioner to take up the matter with the Sub Divisional Officer, Bishnupur.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
