Learned advocate for the respondents/claimants Mr. Rahaman has placed the office copy of CAN 3 of 2022. Now the application being CAN 3 of 2022 be taken up for hearing.

Heard the learned advocate perused the application it appears that the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 of the instant appeal became major during the pendency of the instant appeal.

The application being CAN 3 of 2022 has annexed the photo copy of Aadhaar of respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Heaving heard the learned advocates and after perusing the Aadhaar of respondent Nos. 2 and 3, the application being CAN 3 of 2022 is disposed of.

The office is directed to make necessary corrections in the cause title of the Memo of the Appeal according to the prayer made in CAN 3 of 2022 within a fortnight.

Copy of CAN application be kept on record.
