On the question of condonation of delay, I perused the application and heard the learned counsels appearing. The delay is hereby condoned.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 01.03.2024. Liberty was granted to cancel the bail in case of violation of any condition of bail. However, by an order dated 15.07.2025, the bail granted was cancelled and a warrant of arrest was issued. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for stay of warrant of arrest. He submits that apparently the petitioner did not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. From the order dated 15.07.2025 passed by the learned ACJM, Rampurhat, it does not appear that the alleged violation has been discussed or even clearly mentioned.

Be that as it may, as the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court earlier, let the petitioner surrender before the learned jurisdictional Court within four weeks from this date and pray for bail. His prayer for bail shall be considered by the jurisdictional Court in accordance with law.

The warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner shall remain

stayed for a period of four weeks.

The revisional application and the connected application are, accordingly, disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
