The matter is taken up for consideration when Mr. Biswaroop Bhattacharya, learned counsel representing the petitioner has placed before this Court a memo dated 5th August, 2024 issued by the Deputy Secretary (General) of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education whereby a date has been fixed on 13th August, 2024 to hear the application of the petitioner who is Teacher-in-Charge of the school. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that till date no decision has been communicated by the concerned authority of the Board which has been taken based on hearing conducted on 13th August, 2024.

A copy of the memo dated 5th August, 2024 issued by the Deputy Secretary (General) of the Board is kept with the record.

In view of the steps taken by the concerned authority of the Board, as it emanates from the memo dated 5th August, 2024, no order need be passed on this writ petition at present.

Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future, if situation so arises.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
