Petitioner prays for relaxing the conditions of bail imposed while he was granted bail by an order dated 22.08.2024. So far as the conditions of meeting the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight which was imposed, the same be modified to the extent that the petitioner shall once in a month report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station. So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same are unaltered as till date it reflect from the report that the victim has not been examined.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
