Present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR in GR Case No. 1295 of 2020 arising out of Durgapur Police Station Case No. 343 of 2020 dated September 15, 2020.

After investigation the charge-sheet was filed under Section 498A/323/406/354/506.

Both parties submit that they have decided to live separately and filed a petition for mutual divorce. Both the parties have stated in their interaction with the Court that they have settled the matter amicably without any fear and force.

Parties have been identified by their respective learned advocates.

Since it is a matrimonial dispute and parties have mutually resolved the same, there would be no purpose of continuing with the present proceeding arising out of FIR No. 343 of 2020.

Hence, all the proceedings arising out of FIR No. 343 of 2020 shall stand disposed of.
