Mrs. Sharmistha Roy (Bajpai) Mr. Kanishk Sinha Ms. Lipika Das ....for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the husband praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of Matrimonial Suit No.2356 of 2024 expeditiously. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that on March 20, 2025, the petitioner appeared through virtual mode but the same was not taken note of by the learned trial judge.

It appears from the order sheets appended to this civil revision application that the petitioner was directed to show-cause as to why the case should not dismissed for default and October 27, 2025 has been fixed for filing show-cause by the petitioner herein. Depending on the fate of the show-cause filed by the petitioner, the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Barasat shall make an endeavour to dispose of Matrimonial Suit No.2356 of 2024 expeditiously, if the same is otherwise ready for

hearing and provided the husband is not in default of payment of any alimony or maintenance.

In view thereof, CO 3054 of 2025 stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
