We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses as well as the injury report show petitioner had shot at the victim who suffered gun shot injury. In view of the aforesaid materials on record, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
