Accordingly, CRR 3009 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.

Learned advocate for the petitioner would apply to the department for return of the certified copy.

Department is directed to return the certified copy to the advocate on record on the same being replaced by photostat copy.
