Affidavit-of-service so filed be kept with the record. Petitioners claim that they have already deposited the cost. Accordingly, petitioners would inform the police authorities as the District Magistrate, Purulia has already acted pursuant to the order passed in WPA 28814 of 2023. Petitioners will communicate with the concerned police authorities regarding compliances already which have been made by them. The police authorities accordingly will render all possible assistance.

Mr. Dinda, learned Advocate appearing for the State would also inform the police authorities to act pursuant to the communication being made from the Bank of Baroda authority within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, writ petition being WPA 20124 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
