It appears from the documents annexed to the writ petition that the petitioners are yet to approach the concerned respondent-authority with their prayer for grant of 'A' category pay scale.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by observing that it will be open for the petitioners to apply with relevant documents in support of their prayer to receive 'A' category pay scale before the concerned authority.

In the event the representation is made along with supporting documents, the Chairman, South 24 Parganas District Primary School Council shall take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners in accordance with law and take necessary consequential

steps in the matter, if they are found entitled to receive the said benefit.

Steps in that regard shall be taken at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The receipt showing payment of deficit court fees be taken on record.

Affidavit of service is also taken on record. Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
