In view of the order already passed in WPA 15007 of 2007 (Sri Rajesh Ghosh Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) dated July 12, 2022, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

However, the Bansdroni Police Station shall hand over to the writ petitioner, Rajesh Ghosh, as well as the private respondent no. 7, Arup Saha, the video recording of the flat of the deceased after it was open by the police, along with a copy of the inventory report, as also the final police report in the matter, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The key of the sealed flat of the deceased shall be handed over by the Bansdroni Police Station

to the person as may be decided by the competent Court, referred to in the order dated July 12, 2022 (supra).

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
