The petitioner participated in an E-auction sale conducted by the Bank and had paid the consideration money. The bank thereafter could not proceed with the sale because of a restraint order passed by the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal.

The petitioner prays for withdrawal of the money deposited in the auction sale.

The Court is of the opinion that the petitioner ought to approach the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal for necessary relief in this regard.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
