Furthermore, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the arrears of 2nd CAS benefits have already been given to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition being WPA 19779 of 2022. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
