The order being an order under Order XXXIX Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure is appealable under Order LXIII Rule 1 (r) thereof. The revisional application challenging such an order is not maintainable. C.O. 2859 of 2024 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.
