The petitioner is aggrieved by an inappropriate investigation into FIR dated 31st May 2022.

Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions issued by the Officer-inCharge, Hanskhali Police Station, Ranaghat PD, Nadia addressed to the learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record.

Counsel for the State submits that charge sheet dated 23.08.2022 has been submitted under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is further submitted that filing of supplementary charge sheet has been kept open after receipt of the FSL report.

In these circumstances, FSL Kolkata shall forward their final report of the viscera and the death of the person within a period of four weeks from date mandatorily and positively.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
