1. Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

2. The writ petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Behala Police Station in taking steps in respect of a complaint dated 06.08.2021.

3. The private respondent is represented. He submits that he was a tenant, who was inducted by the petitioner's late husband and is lawfully occupying the property as such.

4. The petitioner has remedies under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P. C. in this regard.

5. The petitioner may take out appropriate civil proceeding to evict the private respondent.

6. The Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

7. The writ petition is disposed of.

10. There will be no order as to costs.
