Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Report filed by the State is taken on record. The petitioner has assailed the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate In Charge, Uluberia, Howrah on 10th July, 2024 in GR Case No.1444 of 2020 directing issuance of warrant of arrest against him.

It appears that the petitioner was on bail all throughout and remained absent on 10th July, 2024 without steps for which warrant of arrest was issued against him.

The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate within seven days from date. If the petitioner surrenders before the learned Judicial Magistrate within seven days from date he may be allowed to remain on the same bond.

The warrant of arrest issued vide order dated 10th July, 2024 qua the petitioner is stayed till 7th October, 2024.

In the event the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate within the stipulated time frame the learned Judicial Magistrate shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioner in accordance with law without further reference to this Court. In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 3355 of 2024 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly uploaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
