It is further submitted daughter of the petitioner had expired and his mother is ill.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Materials on record as well as chemical examiner's report show recovery of narcotic substance i.e. 254 gms. of Heroin, which is above commercial quantity from the possession of the petitioner. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is thus rejected.
