The petitioner is in custody for more than 300 days and prays for bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. Fake Indian currency notes have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has been implicated by the witnesses. Charge sheet has been submitted.

Considering the nature of offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
