Petitioners are in custody for 161 days. They pray for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits petitioners and others had thrown bombs resulting in injuries on police personnel.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioners and co-accused threw bombs. Police personnel suffered injuries. Bail prayer of co-accused was rejected in May, 2023.

Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
