Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner seeks implementation of an earlier order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 23rd August, 2021 in WPA 24038 of 2019. Though the said order was directed to be complied with within three months from the date of the order, the concerned authority, being the 5th respondent herein, has not cared to comply with the same till date.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to comply with the order passed by this Court in WPA 24038 of 2019 on 23rd August, 2021 within four weeks from the date of communication of this order positively.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
