Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Imran Ali, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the FIR and the medical evidence. Records reflect that charge has already been framed and the examination of two of the witnesses is over. I have perused the evidence of the victim and I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for interference for the purposes of invoking the jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner would be at liberty to canvass all the points in the present revisional application at the appropriate stage of the trial and at the stage of final argument of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 3011 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
