Mr. Basu Mallick, learned advocate appearing for the State, submits that several criminal cases are being registered amongst the parties and, further, the respondent no.4 has instituted a Title Suit before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia.

Since the learned Civil Court is in seisin of the matter, I am of the view that any order passed by the learned Civil Court should be respected and honoured by the police authorities.

However, in the circumstances, since the petitioners and the respondents are at loggerhead, the police authorities will keep a strict vigil and would see to that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place at the locale of the subject property in dispute.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20072 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioners.
