Petitioner complains that the daughter-in-law is not allowing the petitioner and her husband to stay at the residence and they are feeling insecured because of the arrogance and aggression of the private respondents. Be that as it may, State has submitted a report. Report reflects that vide GDE No. 877 dated 16.08.2025 the private respondent no.4 stated to the police authorities that she had no objections to her parents-inlaw residing in the same house. In view of the respondent no.4 having made statement before the police authorities, petitioner and her husband would go and enter the residence. If they are faced with inconveniences they would report to the police authorities who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19492 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
