Banerjee) Ms. Taharima Khapur ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendants praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) 1st Court at Serampore to dispose of Title Suit No. 270 of 2015 expeditiously. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, learned advocate for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application, along with a copy of the this order, upon the opposite party or the learned advocate representing the opposite party before the learned trial Judge.

Therefore, the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) 1st Court, Serampore, Hooghly is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of Title Suit No. 270 of 2015 expeditiously, if the same is otherwise ready for

hearing without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With the above observations and directions, CO 2862 of 2024 stands disposed of.
