Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has already been disposed of. The copy of order has also been placed before this court. Perused the office report dated 23.02.2024.

It transpires from the said office report that postal cost along with written up notice form with present and proper address upon respondent no. 2 has not yet been deposited by the appellant. But, it appears from the Ordersheet placed before this court that the instant matter has already been settled before the National Lok Adalat, which was held on 12th March, 2022, and accordingly the instant appeal has been disposed of.

The copy of the order submitted before this court be kept with the record.

The department is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
