The revisional application was preferred challenging the continuance of a proceeding being Chandipur Police Station Case No. 74 of 2019 dated 23-03-2019. The case is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur. From the record of the revisional application, it is reflected that the charge-sheet has been filed, however none of the documents under Section 207 Cr.PC has been enclosed along with the present revisional application.

The revisional application is pending since the year 2021. Having regard to the period of time which has lapsed in the meantime and the documents under Section 207 Cr.PC not being made available to this court, I grant opportunity to the petitioner to take up all the points canvassed in this revisional application in course of trial of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2575 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
