This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendants praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Berhampore, Murshidabad to dispose of the Partition Suit No. 237 of 2017 expeditiously. From the ordersheet appended to this application this Court finds that 29th November, 2023 was fixed for peremptory hearing of the suit. In view thereof, C.O. 2865 of 2024 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Berhampore, Murshidabad to dispose of Partition Suit No. 237 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

No order as to costs.
