Counsel for the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education submits that the Board has repeatedly requested the petitioner and the school authorities to supply documents.

It is made clear that in the event the school or the petitioner do not supply documents to the Board within a period of three weeks from date, the Board shall be entitled to take any decision in the matter in the absence of such documents.

With the aforesaid directions, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

4.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

5.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.
