It appears from record that for the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has made representation on 24th January, 2019, 26th November, 2020 and 8th March, 2021 and the grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation is still lying pending and has not been disposed of.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 19445 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the representation dated 8th March, 2021 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his

authorised representatives within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation and the authority concerned shall consider the same in accordance with law.
