The Officer-in-charge, Golabari Police Station has submitted a report dated 27th February, 2023. The same is taken on record.

It appears from the said report that the petitioners' second son, namely, Ranadhir Shaw was living without the petitioners' consent in a portion of the house along with his family.

Since after intervention of Golabari Police Station, the said Ranadhir Shaw and his family has moved out of the petitioners' house.

The petitioner no.1 has addressed a letter to the Officer-in-charge, Golabari Police Station in this regard which is kept with the record.

Counsel for the petitioners confirms that the issues have been resolved.

This Court appreciates the role of Golabari Police Station in amicably resolving the disputes and problems being faced by the petitioners with their son. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
