Pursuant to the order dated August 23, 2023, the President Med Board for Commandant, Eastern Command Hospital at Kolkata has submitted a report dated September 26, 2023, which is taken on record.

The report indicates that the petitioner is medically unfit for having NYSTAGMUS.

The petitioner may obtain a copy of the first page of the report..

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
