Whatever be the case of the petitioner, his training qualification is B.Ed with which he wanted to be selected as a teacher in a primary school. But in view of the judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, reported in 2023 SCC Online SC 985 (Devesh Sharma -Vs.- Union of India) no B.Ed. trained candidate is eligible for primary school teacher's post and in this regard NCTE notification dated 28th June, 2018 has been set aside.

Therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner and the writ application is dismissed. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
