Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Petitioner complains that he is being threatened by the private respondents and is being attempted to be dispossessed from the rented property where he has been residing.

Mr. Dinda, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C. and is ready to assist in case there is further deterioration of any law and order. Learned advocate for the State confirms that the mother-in-law of the petitioner is still residing at the premises which has been referred to in the writ petition.

Petitioner presently complains that he has been thrown out of the residence. The same is a new circumstance which was not referred to in the writ

petition.

Accordingly, if there are change of circumstances, petitioner will file a fresh representation before the Officer-in-Charge, Kaliganj Police Station, Nadia.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20100 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
