Mr. Ganguly, learned senior advocate, appears on behalf of the petitioners and submits that, during the pendency of the revisional application, the petitioner has expired on 19th July, 2020 and, as such, he has been instructed not to proceed with the revisional application.
Accordingly, CRR 2602 of 2017 is dismissed as not pressed.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
