The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that after purchasing the property, he is being disturbed by the erstwhile owner and his associates. The petitioner has already approached the civil court. The police authorities are directed to respect and honour any order passed by the civil court and see that no breach of the peace and tranquility takes place with regard to the subject property in dispute at the instance of either of the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 20126 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
