Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicates the petitioner. The victim was 15 years of age at the time of the incident. She implicates the petitioner. She claims that the petitioner ravished her. The victim underwent a medical examination. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 4187 of 2022 is dismissed.
