The learned counsel for the non-applicant fairly submitted that he does not have any objection to the acceptance of the prayer made in the aforesaid applications.
After hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the application is allowed. Delay of 51 days in filing the application for restoration is condoned. The application for restoration of the appeal along with the connected
applications are allowed by recalling the order dated July 08, 2019.
The appeal along with the connected applications are restored to their original numbers.

26.3.2021 Re: CAN 5 of 2020 gd/ssd The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he has filed the present application seeking permission for withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to settle the dispute under the West Bengal Sales Tax (Settlement of Disputes) Rules, 1999.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicants, the application is allowed by permitting the appellants to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to pursue the application filed for settlement of the dispute under the West Bengal Sales Tax (Settlement of Disputes) Rules, 1999.
