There it was expected by this court that the petitioner would look after his family consisting of his wife and an autistic child.

The petitioner was quite at loss as he was not getting transfer from his earlier school to another school though transfer order had already been issued. The petitioner was so perplexed that he did not even take note that the transfer order has been passed in his favour.

Though the petitioner made several allegations against the school and other authorities in his writ application, as no affidavit is called for, all such allegations are deemed to have not been admitted by any of the respondents.

Today a report has been filed by the petitioner in the form of an affidavit affirmed on 91.07.2022 which includes a certificate from one psychological centre at page 7 from which it appears that the wife of the petitioner is well now.

Therefore, this matter is not required to be taken up any further by this court.

The report in the form of affidavit as aforesaid is kept with the record.

The matter is disposed of.
