Records reflect that on 20.09.2023 when the revisional application was called, none represented the petitioner. Today, when the revisional application has been called, also nobody represented the petitioner.

The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Domjur Police Station Case No.244 of 2022 (G.R. Case No.1781 of 2022). More than 11⁄2 years have passed since the initiation of the present revisional application. I have perused the contents of the First Information Report, particularly the letter of complaint and prima facie, I am of the view that the offence has been made out for the purposes of investigation. As such, if the investigation till date has not been concluded, let the same be taken to its logical conclusion. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court at the appropriate stage. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3249 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
